I manage several brands inside SocialPilot and need an experienced hand who can jump in today and get our posts queued for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube without a learning curve. All footage, images and draft captions are ready; what I’m missing is someone who knows every corner of SocialPilot—from account linking and bulk upload to optimal time-slot suggestions and analytics checks—and can put an organised calendar in place fast.
Here’s how I picture the first sprint:
• Connect or double-check all four accounts inside my existing workspace.
• Upload, tag and schedule the next two weeks of content (roughly 40–50 posts) with correct aspect ratios, captions, hashtags and thumbnail selection tailored to each channel.
• Fill any gaps by flagging where additional assets or copy are needed so we never miss a slot.
• Activate UTM tracking and send a quick screen-recorded walkthrough so I can see your workflow and replicate it later if needed.
Once that’s live, we’ll review early analytics in SocialPilot and adjust timing or formats before rolling out the following month’s queue.
