Social media manager

Hello! I am in need of an experienced social media manager to help create and post content on my social media platforms. I currently use Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube sometimes. I need help creating engaging content for my accounts. I require the social media manager to post once a day to my social media accounts, engage with clients to create more interaction comments like etc, specifically engage with influencers that can help promote my book but only real ones!!! I would like you to focus on influencers that can get me on podcasts speaking engagements and other organic ways to get people interested in my book... The more hands I can get it in the more people I can help. It would be really nice if I could find somebody who could set up my Instagram store in my Shopify store as well as doing SEO optimization on my website I can continue to do the blogs but I would like something posted about them every now and then maybe once a month?
You must understand what I am trying to do with my website which is to inspire and encourage people especially people who have been through trauma or a lot in their lives to understand that no matter what they've been through they can always have the choice to find Joy if they work hard enough. I don't want to have anything negative on my site I want everything to be positive and uplifting and encouraging and focus towards finding Joy through trauma. I also don't want to promote my book every day I only want to promote my book one time per week the rest of the time should just be inspirational and encouraging.
You must have a good understanding of digital marketing tactics to help us maximize our visibility on social media platforms. In addition, you should be highly organized and have exceptional time management skills to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner. I've been dealing with trying to train people for the last several months and I'm exhausted I want to make sure that whoever I hire next gets it! Essentially what I'm trying to do is sell books because I want to help people understand that no matter what they've been through in life they always have the choice to find joy if they work hard enough.
I want to be able to inspire people and encourage people that's the entire reason Im writing my book series... I really only want to promote my book once a week the rest of the time I want to be inspirational and uplifting and positive
