Stoke India is an adventure-sports experience brand based in Revora, North Goa offering JetBoarding (motorized surfing), Onewheel rides, kayaking, and outdoor experiences by the river. We cater to tourists, families, and adventure seekers from India and abroad, delivering unique adrenaline-filled experiences.

Objective
We’re looking for a creative, reliable Social Media Manager (SMM) to grow our brand presence on Instagram and Facebook — building daily engagement, storytelling, and consistent adventure-lifestyle content.

Scope of Work (Monthly)
1. Content Strategy & Planning
• Build a weekly content calendar (adventure, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, team, reels, guest stories).
• Maintain brand tone — energetic, authentic, outdoorsy.
2. Post Creation & Scheduling
• 3–5 posts or Reels per week (you can use our media bank: GoPro, drone, and phone clips).
• Write short, catchy captions and add proper hashtags.
• Design minimal Canva-style posts when needed (text overlays, offers, etc.).
3. Community Management
• Reply to comments and DMs (basic info + redirect to WhatsApp for bookings).
• Engage with adventure and Goa-travel audiences to grow reach organically.
4. Analytics & Reporting
• Weekly insights on engagement, reach, and follower growth.
• Suggestions for content improvements and reel trends.
