Social Media Virtual Assistant for Wellness Content Creator

Overview: I am a wellness entrepreneur and content creator building a social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook. I need a part-time virtual assistant (approximately 5–8 hours per week) to handle the distribution and scheduling of content I create, so I can focus on filming, team building, and my business.
What you will do: - Download my filmed videos each Monday and remove TikTok watermarks using snaptik.app - Schedule all weekly posts in Later or Buffer (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) with provided captions - Monitor comments on all platforms and reply using pre-approved response templates - Send 10 LinkedIn connection requests per week using my approved message template - Track DMs — flag anyone who sends the word OVERVIEW and notify me immediately - Compile a simple weekly report: post performance, new followers, DM count
What I am looking for: - Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn - Comfortable using scheduling tools (Later or Buffer — I will provide access) - Strong written communication — replies must feel warm and personal, not automated - Self-directed — I do not want to manage you closely. I want someone who takes the system and runs with it. - Bonus: interest in wellness, network marketing, or entrepreneurship
