I need a detail-oriented virtual assistant to run the day-to-day social media activity for my Facebook and Instagram accounts. Your core focus will be creating and scheduling fresh posts, keeping the feeds on-brand, and promptly handling comments and direct messages so our community feels heard and engaged.
On a typical week you’ll draft short-form copy, pair it with eye-catching visuals (Canva or similar is fine), schedule everything through Meta Business Suite, and check in on notifications twice a day to answer questions or flag anything that needs my input.
Deliverables
• A Monday-to-Sunday content calendar delivered every Friday for approval
• At least one feed post and several stories per platform each day, tailored to current campaigns
• Responses to public comments and inbox messages within 24 hours, with sensitive issues escalated to me immediately
