About Us
We are MRS Builders & Constructions, a construction company based in Coimbatore. We specialise in building eco-friendly, modern luxury villas with a strong focus on design, quality, and craftsmanship. Our website and SEO are already handled by a dedicated agency. Now we’re looking for a freelance social media manager to focus entirely on our Instagram and Facebook pages.
Scope of Work (Trial Period: 1–2 Months)
Plan and post 8–12 high-quality posts per month (mix of images & carousel posts)
Create 3–4 reels/short videos per month (we will provide 3D renders and site footage; you will edit, brand, and finish them)
Write clear, simple, and elegant captions (English + Tamil mix is preferred)
Ensure 3 posts per week minimum — consistency is key
Research & use the right hashtags for better reach
Share weekly performance updates (reach, engagement, follower growth)
Suggest creative content ideas to connect with the local Coimbatore audience
What We Expect
You should be based in or near Coimbatore (so you understand local audience preferences and can visit our sites if needed)
Experience handling real estate / construction / luxury brand social media
Ability to deliver content on time, without delays
Professional communication and reliability
Creative mindset with a luxury + modern aesthetic
Engagement
We’ll start with a 1–2 month trial project.
If the collaboration works well, we’ll extend into a long-term retainer.
