Social Media Setup and Management

I need help creating and managing an Instagram and Substack account to share powerful messages from a nurse in Gaza.

Responsibilities:
- Set up Instagram and Substack accounts
- Create simple Canva posts (black background, white text) from messages I provide
- Manage all account activities (posting, scheduling, etc.)
- Disable comments on Instagram posts for a respectful space

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Instagram and Substack
- Experience with Canva
- Strong organizational skills for account management
- Sensitivity to the subject matter
