Social Media Scheduling VA
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
Day-to-day work revolves around keeping my Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube feeds active and my audience engaged. You will slot pre-approved content into an agreed posting calendar, publish it at the best times, and jump into the comments and DMs to keep conversations flowing.
Primary focus
• Scheduling posts: load the assets I supply, write or paste the captions, tag products or collaborators when needed, and queue everything so the feeds stay consistent.
• Community engagement: monitor notifications, answer straightforward questions, acknowledge compliments, and flag anything that needs my direct reply.
Preferred workflow tools are flexible—Creator Studio, Buffer, Later, or a similar scheduler all work for me as long as you can keep reporting tidy and dates accurate.
Deliverables (weekly)
1. Updated content calendar showing scheduled posts and status notes.
2. Screenshots or export of scheduling queue for accountability.
3. Short engagement report summarising comment themes, unanswered questions, and suggested responses.
Consistency, clear written English, and a friendly voice in comment threads are more important than design skills for this role. Let me know your typical turnaround time for slotting new posts, and any experience you have nurturing communities on these three platforms.
