All interaction will take place on our Infloww channel, so you’ll be living inside the DMs, greeting every visitor, uncovering needs, and guiding them toward a purchase or call-booking.
Here’s what success looks like to me:
• You respond within minutes during agreed shifts, keeping the tone upbeat, helpful, and on-brand.
• Each chat is documented in our CRM with contact details and next-step notes.
• By the end of each shift you deliver a concise lead report showing number of chats handled, qualified leads generated, and any hot prospects that need immediate follow-up.
I’ll provide brand guidelines, product FAQs, and access to our existing templates; you bring persuasive copy skills, solid English, and the instinct to spot buying signals. If you’ve previously driven sales through chat on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter that’s a bonus, but the core focus here is mastering Infloww.
