Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative and execution-focused freelancer / small agency to manage our social media presence and content SEO, while also supporting design requirements when needed.
This is a remote, ongoing role with clearly defined deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Manage platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter (X), YouTube
- Create a monthly content plan aligned with business goals
- Post 1 high-quality post per platform per week
- Develop 1 reel/short video per week
- Create 1 long-form video every 2 weeks
- Maintain consistent brand tone (premium, professional, minimal)
2. Content Creation & Design
- Design social media creatives
- Support additional design needs (catalogs, brochures, ads, etc.) as required
- Ensure all content aligns with premium brand positioning
3. SEO (Content-Focused)
- Keyword research relevant to construction & stone industry
- Write blog content for website
- Improve organic traffic and search rankings
Requirements
- Prior experience in social media + content marketing
- Strong design sense (Canva/Adobe or equivalent)
- Understanding of SEO basics (content-focused)
- Ability to handle multiple platforms independently
- Portfolio is mandatory
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who understands B2B marketing, not just aesthetic Instagram posts
- Ability to translate product features into value for architects/builders
- Structured, consistent, and self-driven
KPIs (Success Metrics)
- Growth in website traffic & keyword rankings
- Increase in followers, reach, and impressions
- Consistency and quality of content output
