Social Media Revamp & Training

My Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok profiles have grown a little wild. I need them cleaned up, linked correctly and placed under one clear structure, with the right people given the right permissions. Once everything is tidy, I want day-to-day activity handled smoothly while I learn the essentials myself.
Here is what I expect you to deliver:
• A full audit of each profile, followed by a clear, documented structure (naming conventions, bios, profile art, Business Manager or Creator Studio setup where relevant).
• A role-assignment matrix that tells me who can post, who can reply, and who has admin access on every platform.
• A 30-day content and engagement schedule you will execute, so I see the new structure working in real time.
• Two short live training sessions (recorded) that walk me through account setup & management, content creation guidelines and basic analytics reporting—so I can replicate the process later.
• A simple reporting dashboard that shows follower growth, reach and engagement across all four platforms.
I already have branding assets; feel free to recommend any extra tools but keep them low-cost or free where possible. The hand-over is complete when the accounts run smoothly for a week without your intervention and I can follow the recorded tutorials to repeat every step myself.
