Social Media Producer

JOB OVERVIEW
Straight Shot Post is hiring a high-level Social Media Producer to run point on multiple client accounts, manage moving parts across videos, and ensure nothing slips.
In this role, you’ll be integral to our team - maintaining our project management systems, overseeing content production across multiple timelines, enhancing client communication, and guiding new clients through onboarding. Your work will directly impact client satisfaction, retention, and the overall success of our projects.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who has at least 2 years of experience producing social content at scale and knows how to keep complex workflows organized and moving forward.

REQUIREMENTS
You have:
- 2+ years experience producing social media content
- Managed multiple videos and deadlines simultaneously
- At least 1 year of hands-on Notion experience
- At least 1 year experience QA/QCing short-form social videos
- Experience extracting action items from calls and executing proactively
- A track record of owning outcomes, not just tasks

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Project & Systems Management
- Maintain and optimize our Notion project boards
- Track multiple videos across clients at different stages
- Ensure zero missed deadlines
- Send weekly status updates without being prompted
Client Experience
- Be the primary client point of contact
- Extract action items from calls and execute them
- Follow up until things are done
- Maintain a high client satisfaction standard
QA/QC
- Review all written and video content before it goes out
- Catch spelling errors, audio issues, formatting mistakes, off-brand messaging
- Ensure content meets platform specs and brand guidelines
- Reduce avoidable revision cycles
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- At least 2 years producing for social media
- At least 1 year using Notion professionally
- Available 10am-6pm EST
- Proficient in English
- Able to manage multiple timelines simultaneously
Logistics
- Paid in USD
- Part-time with room to grow to full-time
- Fully remote - must have a stable internet connection via ethernet cable
