Social Media Post Scheduling
Budget: £5 – £10 GBP
I manage brand pages on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and You Tube but no longer have the time to keep each channel’s publishing calendar up to date. All creative assets, copy and hashtags will be provided to you—I simply need an organised professional to load everything into the queue, set the correct day-and-time for each post and double-check that every caption, tag and link appears exactly as instructed.
Your week-to-week work will revolve around:
• Scheduling every post we supply across the four platforms, using the scheduling tool you know best (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, the native Meta Suite or a similar option).
• Aligning times with the optimal engagement windows I’ll share and adjusting when campaigns shift.
• Flagging any missing assets or character-limit issues before content goes live, so nothing slips through the cracks.
• Sending a quick confirmation once the entire batch is in the calendar.
No community management, ad buying or performance reporting is required—this job is strictly about getting posts into the system on time and error-free. If you have a smooth workflow for bulk uploads and are comfortable juggling Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and You Tube queues simultaneously, I’d love to hand this scheduling task over to you.
