Social Media Personal Brand Strategist – Trend Spotting & Creative Growth Partner

I’m looking for a creative and strategic social media partner to help me grow my personal brand in a collaborative, high-impact way.
I want someone who can:
• Understand my niche and spot opportunities to stand out
• Identify viral trends and adapt them to fit my brand
• Look at what’s working in my space and reverse-engineer smart strategies
• Collaborate with me – I enjoy brainstorming and want someone who can bring fresh ideas, not just follow instructions
What this role IS:
• A strategy-first partnership, where we build a roadmap to growth together
• Focused on why and how to grow effectively, not just posting for the sake of it
• Open to your creative input – I value new perspectives
What this role ISN’T:
• Purely video editing (I’ll help with this at the start, then we’ll outsource)
• A rigid “post X times per week” task – I care about quality, not quantity
Ideal Candidate:
• Could be new to Upwork but with passion and projects outside the platform to show
• Understands social media strategy, personal branding, or just has great instincts for content that works
• I know social media well myself, but my other projects take time – I’m looking for an extension of me, not just a doer
• Comfortable collaborating, sharing feedback, and thinking creatively
