Job Title: Part-Time Community & Social Media Outreach Manager — Indian Parenting Platform
Budget: ₹7,000/month (fixed)
Hours: Part-time, ~8–12 hrs/week, fully remote
About us: The Mama Circle (themamacircle.in) is an India-first parenting platform guiding women through pregnancy, postpartum (jaappa), and early motherhood. We publish India-specific, doctor-reviewed content that actually fits desi lifestyles.
What you will do:
Find and join relevant online communities where Indian moms gather (Reddit subs, Quora spaces, Facebook mom groups, Pinterest boards, WhatsApp groups, etc.)
Share genuinely helpful answers, tips, and discussions — building trust, not spamming
Softly introduce The Mama Circle content where it genuinely answers a question or solves a problem
Track where you posted and report weekly on engagement, clicks, and group rules followed
Flag trending topics/questions that we should turn into blog posts
What we are looking for:
You are an active user of Reddit, Quora, Facebook groups, and/or Pinterest
You understand Indian parenting culture (pregnancy traditions, postpartum care, newborn challenges)
You write clear, warm, conversational English — no copy-paste templates
You know how community rules work and you never spam or hard-sell
Self-starter who can research groups, plan a weekly calendar, and report back without micromanagement
Nice to have:
Experience managing Instagram/Facebook pages or growing a personal brand
Basic Canva skills for quick Pinterest pins
Prior freelance writing or community management work
Deliverables:
Weekly calendar of posts/replies planned
Weekly report: communities touched, posts made, engagement received, links shared
Screenshot backups of all activity
