Social Media Ops Support

Job ID: 39853321

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I have an active Twitter account and a small weekly newsletter that constantly fall behind schedule because I’m juggling too many moving parts. What I need now is a hands-on media-ops partner who will keep the pipeline flowing—drafting, queuing, and tracking each piece of content so nothing slips.

You will own the Twitter workflow first. Most posts are straightforward text tweets accompanied by a branded image. I’ll supply raw ideas, rough copy, or a link to a Notion board; you’ll polish the wording, pair it with the correct visual, slot it into the calendar, and make sure it goes live at the optimal time. Beyond that, you’ll help me repurpose the week’s highlights into a concise newsletter issue and see it through to send.

Core deliverables
• A rolling two-week Twitter content calendar (text + image ready to publish)
• Day-of scheduling and monitoring, with quick edits if breaking news strikes
• A brief end-of-week report summarizing performance and ideas for the next cycle
• Draft and dispatch of the weekly newsletter, matching the voice and cadence of the tweets

I’m currently using Buffer and Canva; if you prefer Hootsuite or TweetDeck and can maintain the same consistency, I’m open. Strong written English, eye for concise copy, and a knack for keeping deadlines are essential. If that sounds like your rhythm, let’s keep this feed—and inbox—moving forward together.
