Social Media & Newsletter Assistant
Budget: $3 – $10 NZD
I am looking for a reliable and detail-oriented freelancer to manage ongoing social media posting and monthly newsletter preparation for my New Zealand immigration consultancy. This is an ongoing role of approximately 10 hours per month. The work includes preparing and formatting 3–5 social media posts each month for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, along with matching stories where appropriate. All posts will be based on content, ideas, and text that I provide—you will format, polish, design using templates, and schedule them for publishing. You will also prepare one formatted newsletter each month, using mostly the content I supply and following two years of existing newsletter examples and templates.
The newsletter must be completed and scheduled at the start of each month. All drafts must be sent to me for approval before posting or publishing. I will provide most of the raw content, past examples, templates, brand colours, and clear instructions. You do not need immigration expertise; you simply need strong English, good formatting and design skills (Canva or similar), social media scheduling experience, the ability to follow templates, and reliable weekly availability.
