Social Media Moderation & Safety Expert Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am in urgent need of a seasoned professional with a strong background in online safety, digital reputation management, or social media moderation. My public Twitter/X account and community has become a target for harmful, abusive, or defamatory content.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing the account and community, gathering evidence primarily through screenshots, tweet links, and user interactions.
- Identifying violations of Twitter's policies, specifically the Hateful Conduct Policy and the Abuse and Harassment Policy.
- Assisting in filing comprehensive reports through Twitter's official channels.
- Optionally coordinating with others in an ethical manner to report the same account.
- Providing guidance on escalation if Twitter does not respond.
Important Notes:
- This project must strictly adhere to legal and ethical standards.
- I'm not interested in the use of fake accounts, bots, or spam tactics.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated experience in online abuse mitigation, social media policy, or digital safety.
