Social Media Manager needed to work part time from home (1 - 2 hours a day)

We're looking for a freelancer to manage one of our new brand's social media handles (FB, Insta & Twitter for now) on a day to day basis for about a month first, and after that, depending on the results, this could be extended indefinitely.

You can work at your own pace and timing, we just need to see the results.

Your key responsibilities will be -

1. Regularly posting content on all 3 handles on a daily basis to grow the brand's presence (product content and content guidelines will be provided by us). Some posts writing skills and coming up with catchy interesting posts will be required.

2. Regularly Engaging with other users and followers with replies, likes, retweets, shares, follows etc with an aim to organically grow the presence and our followers.

3. Regularly checking the analytics and deciding what works and what not (what type of posts / post timings / type of audience etc.) We will provide you with an account of a good analytics and post scheduling tool like Hootsuite, Socialpilot, Buffer or if you have your own favorite (subject to cost approval).

4. Checking what's trending on the social media channels and deciding on good hashtags / mentions to use or groups to join etc.

Basically doing the regular social media stuff with an objective to grow the brand's followers as it's a new brand.

We're not including running ads or promotions in your scope of work as that will be handled by a different team. If any input would be needed from you regarding these, we'll ask.

The brand promotes Collections of Adult Lifestyle Products, Art & Collectibles, so those who have any experience in this space and an inclination to create thumb-stopping, eye-catching posts will definitely be preferred.

We'll offer a fixed monthly + incentive based remuneration based on the progress. If this sounds good to you, let's discuss weekly/monthly remuneration on chat. Currently we're looking at only India based social media audience.
