Social Media Manager for IT Services Company (Content Creation – English)

I am looking for a Social Media Manager to create and manage posts for our business pages (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram). We provide IT support, backup, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions for businesses.

Scope of Work:

Create 3–5 posts per week in English (text + images/graphics).

Design posts that align with our brand (logo + brand colors will be provided).

Topics include IT support, backup awareness, cybersecurity, cloud services, and business productivity tips.

Propose a monthly content calendar in advance.

Ensure posts are professional, engaging, and tailored for SMEs & professionals.

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media content creation (portfolio required).

Ability to create professional graphics (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).

Strong copywriting skills (English).

Knowledge of B2B marketing is an advantage.

Ability to suggest engagement strategies (hashtags, timing, boosting posts).

Deliverables:

Weekly set of posts (images + captions).

Monthly engagement/report summary (optional but preferred).
