Social Media Manager for Purpose-Driven Brand

I'm seeking a skilled freelance social media manager to support Elevate Consulting Partners — a purpose-driven business working at the intersection of workplace culture, human rights, and inclusion.
Responsibilities:
Manage and schedule Instagram and LinkedIn content (2–4 posts/week)
Repurpose blogs and media features into engaging tiles/captions
Monitor analytics and suggest improvements based on insights
Align posts with brand voice and SEO/engagement best practices
Upload media and blog content to Squarespace
Ideal Skills:
Strong copywriting skills with attention to tone and clarity
Graphic design skills (Canva preferred)
Experience with Squarespace and SEO basics
Familiarity with intersectional feminism, human rights, or consulting brands is a bonus!
