Key Responsibilities
Content Management: Plan, create, and schedule daily posts, Reels, and Stories that highlight the aesthetic and benefits of Poppin’ Suite.
Engagement: Proactively interact with local stylists, barbers, and beauty pros. This isn't just about liking comments; it’s about building a community.
Sales & Bookings: Actively encourage potential renters to book their daily suites and guide them through the reservation process.
Customer Support: Monitor DMs and comments to answer questions about pricing, amenities, and availability in real-time.
Trend Tracking: Stay on top of beauty industry trends and viral audio to keep our content fresh and "poppin’."
