Social Media Manager for Mindset6.

Mindset6 helps women in their 30s overcome corporate burnout through guided meditation and personalized online programs. We’re hiring a creative, organized Social Media Manager + Executive Assistant to grow the brand across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube.



Responsibilities:



* Create and manage content across all social platforms

* Use AI tools for editing, repurposing, and scheduling

* Assist with building a simple newsletter + grow the subscriber list

* Design flyers, posters, and social graphics in Canva

* Support video planning, hooks, scripts, and content structure

* Organize the content library + assist the CEO with daily tasks

* Attract clients through organic growth (content strategy, storytelling, platform engagement, nurturing leads through consistent social presence)



Tools You’ll Use:



* Canva

* CapCut / Descript / AI video editors

* Notion or Google Workspace

* Social schedulers (Later / Buffer)

* ChatGPT + other paid AI tools (provided as needed)
