Social Media Manager for Faceless TikTok Pages (AI & Slideshow Content)

We’re looking for a creative and efficient Social Media Manager to run multiple TikTok accounts for a fast-growing confidence and charisma learning app.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage 10+ faceless TikTok pages, each posting 1–2 slideshow-style videos per day
- Generate engaging comic-style, faceless images using AI tools (ChatGPT + DALL·E or similar)
- Write captions, choose trending sounds, and apply smart hashtags
- Reply to comments, engage with followers, and pin top comments
- Rotate, schedule, and post content to maximize organic reach
- Spot trends and adapt formats to keep the content fresh
Requirements:
- Proven experience growing and managing TikTok pages (bonus if you’ve worked on faceless content)
- Familiarity with AI image generation tools like ChatGPT DALL·E, Midjourney, or similar
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends, virality mechanics, and the slideshow format
- Comfortable using tools like CapCut, SnapTik, or manual posting workflows
Fluent in English with a good sense of humor and engagement tone is a must have.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with content automation or batch posting tools
- Basic video editing skills
- Passion for topics like confidence, social skills, or storytelling
