We are a company based in singapore and we are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager from Indonesia to manage and grow our Instagram & TikTok accounts organically.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who understands content, trends, and how to turn ideas into real growth.

Your Role

* Manage and grow Instagram & TikTok accounts
* Plan and execute content strategy
* Create / edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok)
* Research trends, hashtags & viral ideas
* Post consistently and maintain content calendar
* Engage with audience (comments, DMs)
* Improve organic reach, engagement & followers

The focus is REAL organic growth (no bots, no fake followers)

What We’re Looking For

* Experience growing Instagram / TikTok accounts
* Strong understanding of short-form content
* Creative, consistent, and proactive
* Able to follow trends and adapt quickly
* Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
* Good communication in English

(Managing content, engagement, and performance tracking is key in this role )
