I am building BitSuggest, a digital brand focused on recommending smarter digital tools, including AI tools, apps, and software that help people work better and make better decisions.

I am looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to manage and grow my social media accounts organically, with a clear focus on real followers, engagement, and long-term brand growth.

This role is strategy + execution. i am not looking for someone who just schedules posts — i want someone who understands growth.

Responsibilities
• Develop a clear content strategy aligned with the BitSuggest brand
• Suggest content ideas related to:
• AI tools
• Digital apps & software
• Productivity and smart tech recommendations
• Create or manage short-form content (video-focused)
• Write strong hooks, captions, and CTAs
• Post consistently and at optimal times
• Engage with relevant accounts, trends, and comments
• Monitor performance and optimise content based on results
• Provide simple performance updates and insights

Requirements
• Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram growth strategies
• Experience with short-form content (Reels / TikToks)
• Interest or background in tech, AI, apps, or digital tools
• Ability to think strategically and suggest improvements
• Good communication and reliability
