Project Overview:
I am seeking a reliable and creative Social Media Manager (or Social Media Assistant) to help me manage, grow, and maintain my presence across all major platforms. This includes both creating new accounts and actively managing existing ones.
Responsibilities:
Set up and optimize social media profiles (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X/Twitter, and others)
Develop and manage a consistent posting schedule
Create and post engaging content (music clips, behind-the-scenes, promo graphics, etc.)
Interact with followers, reply to comments and messages professionally
Monitor insights and engagement analytics to track growth
Suggest ideas for content and campaigns to boost reach and visibility
Stay up-to-date with social media trends relevant to music and entertainment
What I'm Looking For:
Someone who understands music promotion and artist branding
Creative thinker with strong communication and social media skills
Experience working with artists or personal brands (preferred but not required)
Passionate about helping new talent grow
Based in Africa or familiar with African music scenes (a bonus, but not required)
Goals of This Project:
Build a solid online presence for BIABIA as a music artist
Increase followers, engagement, and visibility
Attract attention from music blogs, promoters, and labels
