Social Media Manager Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m looking for someone who can take social completely off my plate—brain-storming posts, turning ideas into polished assets, making sure they go out on time, and keeping conversations alive once they do.
The work breaks down into three core areas:
• Content creation – write snappy captions, create on-brand graphics or quick video clips, and keep a consistent voice across every platform I use.
• Scheduling and posting – build a rolling calendar, queue everything with tools such as Later, Buffer, or native schedulers, and double-check each post actually publishes correctly.
• Engaging with followers – reply to comments and DMs, spark discussion, and flag anything that needs my direct attention.
I’ll supply brand guidelines, past content, and access to the accounts. You’ll bring fresh ideas, a reliable workflow, and an instinct for what resonates with an online audience.
To make sure we’re on the same page, I’d like you to:
1. Draft a one-week content plan after our kickoff call.
2. Produce and schedule the approved assets.
3. Provide a short end-of-week recap highlighting performance and next steps.
If you’re comfortable owning these pieces from start to finish and can start right away, let’s chat.
