Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Social Media Manager to consistently promote:
LMMM-hosted events
Affiliate & co-hosted partner events
Educational, relationship-based content
This role focuses on 3–5 posting days per week across Facebook and LinkedIn, with light website updates on Strikingly.
Tools & Platforms Used
You must be comfortable working within our existing stack:
Go High Level (CRM, forms, event links)
ClickUp (tasks, approvals, coordination)
Strikingly (basic website updates)
Google Docs / Google Drive (drafts, calendars)
Canva (basic graphics; optional)
Training, access, and examples will be provided.

1. Social Media Event Promotion (Primary)
Create and post content 3–5 days per week
Platforms:

LinkedIn
Promote:
LMMM events
Affiliate & partner co-hosted events
Adapt tone by platform:
Facebook = conversational, community-focused
LinkedIn = professional, value-driven
Include clear CTAs to:
LMMM contact forms
Registration assistance
Approved event pages
2. Content Creation & Formatting
Write short-form promotional copy
Create multiple variations per event
Use provided graphics or simple Canva layouts
Ensure all content is:
Clear
On-brand
Grammatically clean
Compliant
3. Website Updates (Strikingly)
Add or update event listings
Update dates, times, venues, and descriptions
Confirm all links and forms function properly
Follow existing site structure (no redesign work)
4. Workflow & Communication
Follow task assignments in ClickUp
Draft and collaborate via Google Docs
Use Go High Level links/forms for CTAs
Ask clarifying questions before posting
Meet deadlines consistently
Compliance & Brand Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
