Social Media Manager (Remote)
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager to support the growth, engagement, and global presence of an expanding digital ecosystem operating within the Web3 and blockchain industry.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening brand positioning, increasing community engagement, supporting marketing initiatives, and contributing to long-term ecosystem growth across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee social media platforms and online communities
* Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content
* Maintain active communication with community members and users
* Support brand awareness and audience growth strategies
* Coordinate promotional campaigns, announcements, and engagement initiatives
* Assist with customer-facing communication and community support
* Identify opportunities to attract new users, partners, and advertisers
* Collaborate with internal teams on growth and marketing strategies
* Provide innovative ideas focused on engagement, retention, and long-term expansion
Qualifications
* Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and online engagement
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrency, or Web3 ecosystems is considered an advantage
* Experience with platforms such as X/Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Instagram, or LinkedIn is preferred
* English communication is required (fluency is not mandatory, but candidates must be able to communicate and understand conversations effectively)
