Social Media Manager

I’m looking for a proactive manager to run our Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube profiles with one clear objective—deep, two-way engagement. Instagram is our priority, so you’ll spend most of your time creating and scheduling high-energy Stories and Reels, jumping into comments and DMs, and sparking conversations that keep followers coming back.

Alongside that, I still want a steady pulse on LinkedIn and YouTube: repurpose the best snippets, post thoughtful captions, and monitor replies so no question goes unanswered. Performance tracking, basic graphic or video edits (using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Premiere), and a concise weekly report round out the role.

Deliverables
• Monthly content calendar covering all three platforms
• Daily Instagram Stories/Reels per week plus daily community interaction
• Daily LinkedIn posts and one YouTube upload or Shorts per week, repurposed where possible
• Weekly analytics summary with engagement insights and next-step recommendations
