What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and posting to the PropertyLenz Facebook page
- Joining and engaging authentically in Facebook groups for landlords and property managers (posting helpful content, not spam)
- Light SEO tasks: updating meta descriptions, writing blog post drafts, submitting to directories
- Finding and compiling lists of Facebook groups, Reddit communities, and forums where our target audience hangs out
- Monitoring competitor activity and noting what's working
- Occasional Canva graphics using our brand templates
- Weekly reporting: what you posted, where you posted it, and any engagement results

What You're NOT Doing
- Cold calling or video calls with customers
- Writing code or anything technical
- Managing paid ads (for now)

Who We're Looking For
- Strong written English — you'll be writing posts that sound like a real human, not a robot
- Self-directed — you'll get clear guidelines but you won't have someone checking in every hour
- Familiar with Facebook groups, basic SEO concepts, and Canva
- Experience with SaaS, real estate, or property management is a big plus but not required
- Reliable with a consistent weekly reporting habit

A Few Important Things
- You'll follow strict guidelines about how to engage in Facebook groups. Spam or direct promotion will get accounts banned and is an immediate termination reason.
- You'll have access to the PropertyLenz Facebook page and website backend. Trustworthiness matters.
- This is a part-time role with room to grow as the business grows.
