This is a long-term role managing social media posting and basic engagement across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and "X." You will follow a structured, repeatable system using videos provided. This role requires consistency and accuracy, not creativity. Be available to start April 20 (USA time).
COMPENSATION
* Hourly Rate: $3/hour
* Schedule: 4 hours/day, Monday - Friday 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM PT (USA time)
* Monthly Payday: Third Wednesday of each month
* Team Bonus Participation (after 3 months of consistent performance)

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Video Publishing (Primary Task)
Post all 6 videos to each social media platform:
* Facebook Reels
* Instagram Reels
* TikTok
* Twitter
* Use provided captions and hashtags (no changes)
* Ensure posts are fully uploaded and correct

2. Comment Management
* Monitor and reply to comments daily
* Use approved responses only
* Be polite, clear, and helpful
Do NOT answer:
* Complex questions
* Legal questions
* Personal claim situations
Flag these for review

3. Lead Identification
Flag users who:
* Ask questions
* Say they are confused or stuck
* Ask how to start
Report daily

4. Daily Report (End of Shift)
* Videos posted

* Issues/errors
* Flagged leads

WORK STANDARDS (CRITICAL)
* No skipped posts
* No changes to captions or hashtags
* No guessing answers
* Follow instructions exactly
