Social Media Growth Operator (Lead Generation for Coaching Business) Overview
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Social Media Growth Operator (Lead Generation for Coaching Business)
Overview
I run a coaching project focused on helping men who struggle with dating and relationships.
I’m looking for someone to take over the day-to-day execution of growing this project online — including posting, engaging, and managing conversations — while I focus on strategy and high-level responses.
This may also include stepping into an existing coaching/marketing program I’ve joined and executing the required actions on my behalf.
What You’ll Do
Find and engage in relevant conversations across social media (Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
Post thoughtful comments and content designed to start conversations and attract the right audience
Monitor replies and continue conversations where appropriate
Help grow and promote a private Facebook group
Track and organize potential leads (Sendrix or similar)
Follow through on tasks required inside an external coaching/marketing program
What This Role Really Is
This is not basic social media work.
You are responsible for:
creating consistent engagement and conversations that lead to potential clients
What I’m Looking For
Strong written English
Able to think independently (not just follow scripts)
Good understanding of people and communication
Comfortable discussing dating, relationships, and personal struggles
Reliable and consistent execution
Bonus (Not Required)
Experience with online communities or social media growth
Familiarity with lead tracking tools or CRM systems
Experience following structured programs or SOPs
How We’ll Work
I provide direction, positioning, and input on key conversations
You handle execution, posting, and tracking
You flag important conversations for me to step into
Goal
Build consistent visibility, engagement, and conversations with the right audience that can turn into coaching clients.
To Apply
Send:
Any experience with social media engagement or online communities
In terms of the payment, I want to work out how it will work rather than indicate an hourly rate or a fixed amount as I don't know how many hours are involved
