Social Media Growth Manager (Instagram-First) – Long Term
We’re building social media accounts from scratch across Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Facebook, with the primary goal of scaling Instagram to 10K+ followers within 6 months and generating consistent demo/purchase leads (not vanity growth).
What you’ll do
Own the full content pipeline: strategy, ideation, scripting, posting, and optimisation
Create platform-native content (Reels, carousels, infographics, short-form video)
Drive reach, engagement, and viral moments through trends and testing
Manage comments & DMs and support lead generation
Track performance and report on growth, reach, engagement, and leads
Targets
10K+ followers on Instagram
2–3M+ impressions across platforms
At least 3 posts/campaigns achieving 10× average reach
10+ qualified leads per month
Requirements
Proven experience growing accounts from 0 to 10K+
Strong Instagram growth and short-form content skills
Portfolio or case studies (NDA work accepted)
