US Social Media Growth Manager

I run a fast-growing wellness brand and I’m ready to hand the day-to-day of BOTH Facebook and Instagram to a seasoned, US-based pro. Starting immediately, I need you to keep our feeds vibrant with 4–5 short-form Reels each week, reply to comments and DMs so the community feels heard, and run paid campaigns that consistently deliver a healthy ROA.
You’ll also take point on lining up influencer collaborations and cross-promotions with like-minded brands, ensuring every partnership feels authentic and drives measurable reach.
What you’ll deliver:
• A steady calendar of original, on-brand Reels (minimum four per week)
• Daily engagement management across Facebook and Instagram
• Ad set creation, testing, optimisation and clear ROA reporting
• Outreach, negotiation and coordination with influencers/partners
