I’m looking for ongoing help running my Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube profiles so they actually gain traction instead of just existing. You’ll be in charge of planning the calendar, creating the content, publishing it, and then fanning the flames of engagement so each platform steadily expands its reach and follower count.
Here’s what I need from you day-to-day and week-to-week:
• Content creation in every format I use—photos and images, videos and reels, plus the occasional text-only update when it makes strategic sense.
• Consistent scheduling and posting, optimised for each network’s best-performing times.
• Hands-on community management: reply to comments and DMs, start conversations, and keep the tone on-brand.
• Growth tactics tailored to each platform (hashtags, collaborations, shorts/reels strategy, cross-promotion, etc.).
• Regular performance reports with clear next-step recommendations so we’re always iterating.
You should already know your way around Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, YouTube Studio, Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud, and the usual analytics dashboards. If you have your own proven playbook for boosting engagement, I’m all ears—feel free to bring fresh ideas to the table.
