Social Media Growth Assistant (AdsPower + Proxy Specialist)

We’re looking for an experienced operator to help manage and grow multiple social media accounts using AdsPower and proxy setups.

This role focuses on safely scaling accounts, running daily engagement actions (follow, like, etc.), and maintaining account health across multiple profiles.

Responsibilities

* Set up and manage multiple accounts inside AdsPower
* Configure and manage proxies (residential/mobile preferred)
* Perform daily actions:
* Follow / unfollow
* Likes / light engagement
* Warm up new accounts gradually to avoid bans
* Monitor account health (flags, limits, restrictions)
* Track daily actions and performance
* Rotate proxies and accounts as needed
* Maintain organized workflow across multiple profiles

Requirements

* Experience with AdsPower (or similar anti-detect browsers)
* Strong understanding of proxies (residential, mobile, IP rotation)
* Experience growing accounts on Instagram / Threads
* Knowledge of:
* Account warm-up strategies
* Action limits (daily/hourly)
* Avoiding bans and shadowbans
* Ability to manage multiple accounts without errors
* Organized and detail-oriented
