Job Title: Freelance Social Media Executive – Healthcare & Genetics Brand

We are committed to empower people with the genetic science and personalized gene-based wellness solutions. To scale our presence across digital platforms, we are looking for skilled creative Freelance Social Media Executive.
Role Overview: Talented and proactive Social Media Executive who can manage and grow our online presence. The role requires a mix of creativity, video editing, ad management, and platform expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Design engaging and professional social media posts, carousels, and graphics (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp).
Edit short-form Reels (text-based, talking-head, pointing format) with captions, subtitles, and trending audio.
Edit long-form videos for YouTube (educational content, webinars, student sessions).
Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) – create, run, and optimize ad campaigns.
Boost posts strategically to increase reach, engagement, and followers.
Work on Exly platform – manage dashboards, update content, track leads, optimize funnels, and ensure seamless integration with social media campaigns.
Develop a consistent brand identity across platforms (professional + approachable).
Monitor insights and analytics, suggest strategies for growth.
Collaborate with our internal team for timely execution of campaigns.
Complete assigned projects and tasks as and when required, with timely delivery and attention to detail.
Requirements: Proven experience in social media management, video editing, and ad campaigns with proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut, or equivalent editing software. Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube algorithms and trends and Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (campaigns, A/B testing, reporting) with an Ability to deliver high-quality, engaging, and professional content on time. Experience in health, wellness, nutrition, or genetics will be an added advantage.
Engagement: Freelance / Part-time remote work (with scope for long-term collaboration based on performance).
