GoldZenn is a company that just launched an online jewelry store selling silver and gold jewelry. We also own a physical jewelry store in Miami, FL. Currently building a team of rockstars which everyone has a valuable role in our company.
Job Description
As our Social Media Executive, you’ll be in charge of growing our social media account organically, coordinating and organizing the content we upload to the cloud. Uploading it to Facebook and IG with good captions and hashtags. This is not a micromanaged position, very results driven. You’ll know what to do on a daily basis and we’ll expect you to accomplish it. This is a starting position with the opportunity to advance within the company.
Responsibilities and duties
Working closely with a marketing team to develop social media marketing Campaigns
Interacting with followers in order to grow our profile
Organically grow our companies social media presence
Developing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy
Identifying weaknesses and opportunities for improvement
Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
Building content calendars and scheduling/publishing content with good caption and tags
Setting Key performance indicators for each campaign, such as targets for certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPI
Most send short 1-2 sentence Report on a daily basis of the tasks performed that day
Skills
Ability to edit BASIC pictures and videos preferred but not required
Ability to speak Spanish preferred but not required
Clear understanding of the tasks assigned
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience as a social media Manager or similar
Social Media Strategist for brand awareness
Excellent knowledge of Facebook and Instagram
Critical thinker and problem-solving
Most have great English communication skills
Ability to work with google drive and communicate through Skype (message and skype calls)
