Running a busy freelance practice that is about to transition into a sole proprietorship, I need a versatile collaborator who can keep our public face fresh while helping me stay organised behind the scenes. Day to day, you will juggle executive-style assistance with hands-on social media work across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.

• A steady stream of on-brand posts and timely engagement that reflect my voice and expertise.
• Prompt handling of routine admin tasks—think follow-ups, light research and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Clear weekly check-ins so I always know where things stand.
