About the Role

Key Responsibilities
High-Volume Engagement: Reply to 300-500+ relevant posts daily across the Web3/DeFi space
Community Building: Identify and engage with key opinion leaders, projects, and community members
Value-Driven Interaction: Provide thoughtful, insightful, and helpful responses (not generic spam)
Trend Monitoring: Stay current with DeFi protocols, blockchain news, and industry developments
Brand Representation: Maintain consistent brand voice while building authentic relationships
Performance Tracking: Monitor engagement metrics, reply quality, and community sentiment
Content Discovery: Identify trending conversations and opportunities for meaningful participation
