Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media & Email Marketing Assistant to help keep our online presence consistent and engaging.
Your role will focus entirely on content creation, repurposing, and tracking performance so our founder can focus on serving clients and creating new offerings.
Responsibilities
Create Instagram and Facebook posts in Canva using provided brand guidelines.
Repurpose existing content (blogs, captions, video transcripts) into fresh social media posts.
Write and schedule monthly email newsletters (using existing templates and voice).
Track and report basic analytics for social media and email campaigns.
Ensure all content stays on-brand and is posted on schedule.
Qualifications
Strong Canva skills (graphic creation & layout).
Good writing skills with the ability to match our tone (educational yet friendly and approachable).
Comfortable using social media schedulers (Meta Business Suite, Later, etc.).
Basic understanding of Instagram and Facebook content trends.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
Bonus: Interest in horses or holistic wellness.
Hours & Pay
Part-time: 4–6 hours/week to start.
Fully remote — US-based preferred for time zone alignment.
