Social Media VA & Editor

I’m looking for a reliable virtual assistant who can become my extra set of eyes on Facebook and Instagram every day. Your main job will be to keep those feeds moving—spotting relevant posts, trends, comments, or competitor activity—and flagging anything I should see. When we find content worth repurposing, I’ll pass it over for quick, straightforward video edits: trimming, adding captions, simple transitions, and exporting in the right aspect ratios for Reels and Stories.

Beyond that core routine, I’ll occasionally tap you for whatever else pops up in the business—maybe pulling quick numbers into a spreadsheet, drafting a reply, or chasing down a supplier. Nothing overly technical, just the kind of tasks that free up my time to focus on growth.

Deliverables I can measure:
• Daily recap of notable Facebook & Instagram finds (links, screenshots, or a short Loom)
• Edited video files returned in the agreed format within 24 hours of assignment
• Timely completion of any ad-hoc requests with a brief report of what was done

If you already move comfortably inside Meta Business Suite, CapCut, that’s a plus, but I’m happy to work with whichever lightweight tools you prefer as long as the output is clean and on-brand. Clear communication, reliability, and an eye for detail are more important than advanced software skills.
