Social Media Design for GrowEdge Digital

I'm looking for a creative individual to assist with our social media presence for GrowEdge Digital. The role involves:
- Designing 5-7 Instagram posts per week that are clean, modern, and professional, aligning with our brand.
- Writing short captions for each post in a mix of English and Hindi.
- Creating 2 short video reels using client content with basic edits.
The content should convey a professional and informative theme, featuring client testimonials, digital marketing tips and tutorials, and showcasing past projects and case studies. I will provide reference samples, clear instructions, and specific brand guidelines, including color schemes.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with Canva or Photoshop
- Understanding of Indian audience style
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Freshers are welcome if they have a strong portfolio
