Social Media & Customer Support Specialist

I'm looking for a part-time international employee to help manage our social media and assist with customer service at Sanctum PC.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook accounts
- Create engaging, viral content from provided videos/information
- Post at least one video daily
- Assist customers with computer setup
- Handle customer complaints (approx. 5/month)
- Complete simple tax returns
- General management tasks

Ideal Skills:
- Social media management expertise
- Strong customer service skills
- Computer setup/troubleshooting knowledge
- Coding ability is a plus

Experience with TikTok is particularly beneficial.
