# Social Media Manager & Short-Form Video Creator (Remote)
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can create, publish, and optimize short-form content for 4 projects.
### Scope
* 4 projects
* 5 videos per week per project
* 20 videos per week
* Approximately 80 videos per month

### Your Responsibilities
* Create short videos from screenshots, mobile recordings, desktop recordings, and existing content
* Add a strong hook in the first 1-3 seconds
* Add captions/subtitles
* Create simple voiceovers using tools like ElevenLabs or HeyGen when needed
* Schedule and publish content using SocialPilot (or similar)
* Create titles, descriptions, and hashtags
* Store and organize all source files and finished content
### Optimization
After the first 2 weeks:
* Review performance data
* Identify winning content
* Create improved variations of the best-performing videos
* Continuously optimize organic reach and engagement
### Important
We are looking for fast and effective content production, not agency-level cinematic editing.
Our current focus is **organic growth only**. Paid advertising and ad management may be added later as a separate project.
