Social Media Content Specialist - ANF Therapy
Budget: €2 – €6 EUR
Start your proposal with the word "MONTSERRAT" and include 2 links to health/wellness or medical social content you've personally created. Bids without these will not be reviewed.
ANF Therapy® is a neuro-frequency approach using wearable, Class I medical devices, practiced by licensed healthcare professionals in 60+ countries. We're a global brand with an established visual identity and a growing social presence across patient-facing and professional audiences. This is a health/medical brand, so accuracy and approved language matter more than usual — see the Compliance section below before you apply.
Role Summary
We're looking for a social media content developer to produce on-brand visual and written content for our Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts, publish it on a schedule, handle light day-to-day community management, and help shape our content strategy. You'll work from brand reference materials and example content we provide directly on this platform.
Scope of Work (included)
- Content creation: graphics, short-form video/reels, and captions for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, matching our existing visual identity (typeface: Montserrat) and tone.
- Content calendar / strategy: propose a recurring content plan (themes, cadence, post types) across the three platforms, for our review and approval.
- Platform-specific adaptation: tailor the same core content appropriately for each platform's format and audience (e.g., LinkedIn skews professional/investor-facing; Instagram and Facebook are more patient/practitioner-facing).
- Scheduling & publishing: publish approved content to Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn on the agreed calendar, using a scheduling tool (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer) rather than direct account credentials.
- Light community management: respond to routine comments and DMs (general questions, thank-yous, "where can I find a clinic," etc.) using a pre-approved reply library we provide. Anything outside that library — clinical/medical questions, complaints, negative feedback, press or influencer inquiries — gets flagged to our team instead of answered directly.
- Revisions: incorporate feedback from our team through 1–2 rounds of revision per deliverable.
Access & Platform Setup
- Freelancer is added as an Editor/limited role on Meta Business Suite (Instagram + Facebook) and as a page admin on LinkedIn — not given the underlying account passwords. Access can be revoked at any time.
- Sanne/ANF retains owner/admin role on all accounts throughout the engagement.
Out of Scope (for this engagement)
- Paid ads / media buying
- Influencer outreach or partnerships
- Responding to specific clinical/medical questions, complaints, or anything requiring a compliance judgment call — these are escalated to the ANF team, not answered independently
- Crisis communications or negative press response
Compliance Guardrail for Community Management
- The pre-approved reply library covers the ~80% of comments/DMs that are routine. If a message doesn't clearly match an approved reply, the freelancer escalates rather than improvising a response — this is a hard rule, not a judgment call left to them.
Brand & Compliance Guidelines
- Reference examples (current post samples, visual assets, brand style references) will be uploaded to this platform for you to work from — use these as your primary guide for tone, layout, and visual style.
- Do not introduce new health claims, outcomes, or mechanistic language that isn't already present in the reference materials. If reference copy uses a specific phrase (e.g., "supports your body's natural balance"), don't substitute stronger or more clinical-sounding alternatives (e.g., "heals," "cures," "root cause," "clinically proven") — even if they sound more persuasive. Flag anything you're unsure about rather than guessing.
- ANF operates across many countries with different regulatory status, so language needs to stay accurate and non-overclaiming everywhere, not just where it's technically true.
- All final copy is reviewed internally before anything is posted — your job is to produce strong drafts within these guardrails, not to make final compliance calls.
Deliverables & Cadence
- Approx. 6-10 posts/week across the 3 platforms combined (mix of static graphics, carousels, and short video)
- 1 monthly content calendar submitted 20 days in advance
- Draft captions delivered alongside all visuals
Engagement Details
- Type: Ongoing part-time contractor (not a fixed one-off project)
- Budget: monthly retainer
- Start date: ASAP
- Review cadence: weekly check-in / async feedback via platform messages
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven portfolio of social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn (health, wellness, or medical/professional brands preferred)
- Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar) and basic short-form video editing
- Comfortable working from brand guidelines and reference material rather than creative free rein
- Experience with regulated or claims-sensitive industries (health, medical devices, finance, etc.) is a strong plus
- Clear, responsive communication and reliable delivery on a recurring schedule
How to Apply
Please share:
1. A portfolio or examples of social content you've created for health/wellness or professional brands
2. A short note on your experience working within brand/compliance guidelines
3. Your availability and rate expectations for an ongoing part-time engagement
