Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage high-quality content for Instagram & YouTube
Write engaging scripts, captions, and video ideas for:
Instagram Reels
YouTube Shorts
Long-form YouTube videos
Understand trends, hooks, and storytelling that drive engagement & retention
Work closely with the team to maintain consistent brand voice and posting schedule
Track performance and optimize content based on platform analytics
Ideal Skills & Requirements
Strong experience with Instagram & YouTube algorithms
Excellent content writing & ideation skills
Creative mindset with a deep understanding of gaming/esports content
Ability to convert ideas into engaging short-form and long-form videos
Passion for social media growth and audience engagement
