Social Media Manager for IntereSanti
We are looking for a Social Media Manager / Content Manager to help manage and grow the social media presence of IntereSanti, an education, language and cultural travel brand.
We already have:
- A defined brand identity
- A visual style
- Content ideas
- Part of the content structure
- Audiovisual material and educational resources
We are looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to bring us structure, regularity, execution and strategic thinking.
Main responsibilities:
- Organize a regular content calendar
- Adapt existing educational and audiovisual material into social media content
- Prepare and adapt captions in Polish and Spanish
- Publish or prepare content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok
- Track basic performance metrics and prepare a short monthly report
- Help us understand what works and what should be improved
- Help improve consistency and visual quality
Required skills
- Polish: fluent or native-level
- Spanish: beginner
- English: beginner
- Experience editing Reels, Shorts or Stories
- Good sense of visual rhythm, subtitles, hooks and simple storytelling
- Ability to follow an existing brand style
- Ability to work with educational, cultural and language-learning content
- Strategic thinking combined with regular execution
- Reliability, clear communication and good organization
Nice to have:
- Experience with education, languages, travel, culture or personal brands
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or similar tools
- Experience with content repurposing
- Experience growing small brands organically
- Knowledge of tools such as Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, TikTok Studio
What we are not looking for:
We are not looking only for someone who runs ads.
We need someone who can manage organic content, edit short-form videos, prepare posts and help build a clear social media presence across platforms.
Expected collaboration
After a video conference call, we would like to start with a paid trial task or a trial month.
As an initial weekly plan, we would expect the following deliverables:
- 1 reel
- 1 poll or interactive story
- 1 static post or carousel, ready for the feed
- 1 post or story with interactive elements, such as polls, questions, or similar engagement tools
The exact number of posts, stories and videos can be discussed depending on the candidate’s package, availability and experience.
This role has real space for responsibility, leadership and strategic participation in the growth of the brand.
